Personal training sessions are available from 1 to 3 hours, individual self-defense courses range from several hours to several days, and specialized training courses for companies, services, and law enforcement agencies range from a single day to an ongoing programme.

Specialized training programmes are developed for security services, law enforcement officers, military, and special forces personnel. Where required, the confidentiality of the specific methodology used is guaranteed.
